There is no loss if you ll skip this place there is nothing much to see.. a chocolate cost 25/- water cost 20/- 10 rs. Chips cost 30/- rs. Photographer rates are more hilarious.. Try to skip if you are on budget trip... or if you there to spend money then why not.

Visited this place is feb and looked very beautiful . The four trees have different colors during different seasons. Must visit during different seasons to experience. Unfortunately one Chinar tree is no more due to the floods which happened.

‘Chashma’ in Urdu means ‘waterfall’. The garden was so named because of a mountain spring/waterfall that feeds it. The famous freshwater spring inside the garden is believed to have medicinal values. The garden abounds in fruits, flowers and chinar trees.

Waste of time. You spend almost 3 hours to and fro . Meant only for the annoying vendors who sidle up to your boat peddling trinkets, handicrafts and other junk. Once you reach the tiny island , you are rewarded with a sight of 3 ( not 4 ) old trees (one fell down last year ) with hardly any... More

Beautiful greenery... long and wide landscape with trees half covered with clouds and the sun shining with vermilion red light.. yes you caught it right it was just the time of sunset when I reached this place... and I was truly mesmerized with the enthralling scenery just in front of me. a must visit place in Srinagar.

We had visited this place with great stories of the 4 maple trees, however the trees are dead, save one. You can see it when you are boating on the Dal, otherwise better to skip.
