I had an amazing experience while my travel to kashmir . Mehreen at Tripmore helped me book my cabs , hotels . She was very helpful and gave me genuine rates . They also planned my itinerary really well . I felt safe and Tripmore took care of everything for me . Burhan was my driver and he was an awesome guide as well . The car provided was nice and clean . I found Tripmore to be the cheapest of all with quality service . If travelling to kashmir you should definitely use Tripmore to guide you through it and book your stay and plan your itinerary for you . Thank you Tripmore .

Terrible experience.. not worth getting the trip arranged by them. first they do not bother about your requirements since they have their standard set of itinerary already build and will force that for you. There is one lady named Mahreen ( if i am not mistaken) she will ensure that the trip is being managed by you instead of them who you expect to do.

Rented an Innova car for 6 days with TripMore and met expectations and hence 3 starts. I will consider booking with a better car and better driver. Owner Hashim tried to make things right whenever i called him
1. Booking experience 4/5 Lady ( i think Marianne is her name) is quite responsive while booking time on WhatsApp. sent booking confirmation quickly after paying 25% advance. They could improve service after booking to respond to customers quickly or follow up on queries for gondola ride bookings. my agreement was to pay 25% upfront and the rest after trip completion but i was asked to pay on the 5th day beginning as an original driver (Nawaz) was changing. this was not a good experience
2. Car 2/5 We got Innova of 2005 makes. It has 10 lakh+ kilometres. The suspension was in bad shape. Most of Srinagar's roads are bad expect high way (i think NH 44). So ask for the newer car as you will be spending a lot of time in car. Luckily it did not stop anywhere and handled all hills okay. Initially, i took non-AC as it will be cold there for South indian and was told can add AC on paying 300 rs extra but AC was broken when we wanted it while it got repaired in the middle of trip. My mistake to not booking car with AC at first and will do the same in future
3.Driver: 3/5 I read so much about Nawaz and asked for him explicitly based on feedback Pros: 1. Has 20+ years experience and local person 2. Very knowledgeabile about Kashmir 3. Good driving skills Cons; 1. on phone all the time talking, checking messages, once playing video games. Hashim, please train your drivers to take calls only when urgent and keeping them short. They are making and recevign calls even driving condtions are bad 2. Lef the trip mid way after 4 days. I am told driver's daughter unwell and i had feeling that he took another trip but will give benefit of doubt. if there is driver change., i expected owner to call me and update me about new driver but not the driver him self and alos nto ask me to pay in full during this driver change 3. We can never expect any driver to not look for commissions. I promised to give generious trip (i gave 10% tip at the end of total tour) sitll drivers are tempted to take us to place they get commissions than what is good for customers. I asked to take us to Govt run emporium but he declined on 2 days with diferent reasons and took us to Jamal Emporium one day and another emporium near Gulmarg. Driver took us to very unprofessional pony guy in Sonamarg where he was asking 60-100% more and suggesting us to go with this guy as busy day. Nawaz guided us well on Gulmart trip to not take guide as it is useless and any commissions probalby willl go to Guide. overall drive met expectaitons, hence gave 4/5 for above reasons. if made us every happy would have given 5/5 We got another driver Sajaad for last 2 days. I can rate him 4/5. Was talking less on phone, did not try hard us to sell any thing. He was keen on checking in first pahalgam so that he can go to his friend place. this wasted another 60-90 minutes . Overall it is OK experience while i was expecting 5 star experienc based on other review. I will book again with Hashim but will be clear on what kind fo car, driver i want upfront. sorry for not giving 5 and i know this rating means a lot but i want to be honest about my review and experience to help future tourists and improve service

It was a great experience especially with Tripmore Tour and Travel . They are the best travel agency in kashmir . I was really shocked by the no.of service they provide even i did my Gulmarg Gondola Booking Online with them . They Also provide Shikara Booking at Dal Lake which was aslo fun.

This is our first time in Kashmir and we felt lucky to get Nawaz Bhai as our driver cum guide for this tour. He made our trip really comfortable and a memorable one.
He is very generous and patient to handle all our needs and suggested us with the best options in shopping, eating,local sight seeing and most important taking care of our baby like his own.
We extended our trip for 1 day extra after spending time in Kashmir and with warm hospitality given by Nawaz Bhai.
Thank you for a memorable trip TripMore. All the hotels booked were really good and loved their hospitality. The food was very good too.
The boathouse provided was comfortable and beautiful. They were always very considerate about our needs which was helpful with our infant. Highly recommended.

This is my 1st family trip in Kashmir and a memorable one.This trip was booked by my daughter and son in law and what I heard from them about Tripmore is , they provided a good package and great and verified Hotel review and also helped in customising our itinerary and special shoutout for Guide and Driver @Nawaz Bhai for the amazing experience he provided throughout our 5 days of family tour and early pickup from the Airport. He was really helpful and friendly with my whole family. If you want to have peaceful trip then just book with Tripmore, Highly recommended.
