I took cab service from Lone tours and travels for my Kashmir trip. Rosheen Jahaan helped us with pricing, coordinated with planning and kept checking on us. Cab driver Jahangir Hussain was skilled and safe driver with contacts that helped us manage our planned activities through out the trip. We are happy about the services offered and would recommend them to friends and family.

I was researching about kashmir trip and I requested quotes from different tour operators and I received many but I was looking for someone who is a local Kashmiri tour operator. In the process, I came across Ms.Azra Lone from Lone tours and travels. She sent me a very detailed quotation at a very reasonable price. And the best part is, she was always available to clear my doubts and she was never pushing me to buy their package. Instead she patiently answered all my queries about the trip. I atleast got 10 different quotes from different operators and I found Ms. Azra to be very helpful and available. During the entire trip, she was in contact with us over the phone and whatsapp. Our 9 day long trip went very smooth right from the airport pick-up to airport drop. As we requested for a good experienced driver, Azra provided us with gem of a person , Mr. Nisar Ahmed ji.
He took very good care of us during our entire trip just like a family member. He was so punctual that he always reached 5-10 min before the scheduled time and he is very experienced and professional driver. He is not only just a driver, but a complete package of driver, guide and he provided excellent tips before taking us to any place. He sometimes went out of his way and bargained prices with local people for us. And in return he didn't expect anything. Even when we offered him lunch or snacks, he used to politely decline. He recommended and took us to many eateries (on our request) which are known to only locals and each and every place he recommended was pure bliss. We used to talk about everything right from cricket, kashmiri culture, our past experiences and our 9 day trip went very smooth because of Nisar Ji. Never met such a honest, polite and trustworthy person in my entire travel history.
Finally I recommend Lone tours and travels especially Ms.Azra Lone and Mr. Nisar Ahmed ji to anyone who is looking for a trip to Kashmir

We Family and friends of 7 people went to srinagar,pahalgam,sonamarg and gulmarg from 29th sep to 3rd oct. It was a memorable tour. We booked the tour thru lone tours and travels one month in advance. Our tour coordinator Ibra madam was excellent. Our traveller driver Sameer Bhai was very humble and became our friend. All arrangements were excellent. It was our first trip to Kashmir. Local People are very nice. Thank you lone travels.

We hired car for 9 days. Driver Surinder was non co-operative. He demanded extra money even for going to destination clearly covered in the itinerary agreed by M/S Lone Tour & Travels. He even picked passenger while returning to Jammu without informing us and removed our luggage to the carrier to accommodate him. Condition of car was also not good.

I along with my family and friend visited srinagar,pahalgaon,sonmarg and gulmarg from 29th september to 3rd october 2023. Hotel, house boat and travelling was booked thru lone tours. Whatever booked and committed by our tour manager Ms Ibra madam was honoured. Ibra madam was always available on phone and provided fast responses. Vehicle was new and driver Mr sameer was excellent. He was very humble and honest and his driving was excellent. Hotel rooms were neat and clean. House boat stay was very comfortable. Thankyou lone travels for standby to your commitments.

We booked our honeymoon trip with Lone tours and travel in the February. It was a 5 days trip in Kashmir.They did the needful within a span of 3-4 days. It included transport, guide, accomodation, food and a whole itinerary. We didn't have to struggle for anything, everything was sorted. They even arranged a candle light dinner upon on request. The cab driver Mr Sajjad was the best. He gave us the best service possible. Also Miss Rosheen the coordinator of the trip also did a great job. Overall we were completely satisfied and happy with the experience. Thank you!

I visited Kashmir for 8 days with Lone Tour and Travels.
I was initially apprehensive about any travel planner as i was travelling with my old parents but the way Ms Ibra customised the plan for us and explained everything in details, i was pretty sure i wanted their package. From day 1 of landing in Srinagar, their service was top notch. We visited Srinagar, Doodhpathri, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonmarg. It was undoubtedly one of the best domestic trips i ever had, all thanks to this company. I have no words to express my gratitude to Ms Ibra. She silently worked from backend to make sure hotels, food, car and travel was of best quality.
Now comes the main part of the trip- Showkat Bhai, our guide, chauffeur and friend. He was like a family. He went out of his way to help us in everything. Be it bargaining with locals for pony rides, shopping etc or taking us to the best restaurants for local food. He is a hero. My parents never felt so safe with anyone which they felt with him. If you want to enjoy kashmir in a Innova, ask for Showkat bhai. Just listen to this guy blindly and you will get the best out of this trip.
I can now send my senior citizen parents to kashmir or leh ladakh alone if Showkat bhai is there.
Finally, there are lot of misconceptions about kashmir but after visiting the state, i can assure its really safe and you will come across one of the sweetest people in India. People in most of the places, except Gulmarg, will treat you as guests (Mehman) and do everything to please you.
Do visit Kashmir as its really heaven on earth and opt for Lone Tour and Travels without any iota of doubt.

I had booked total 6 nights and 7 days tour with lone tour and travels. Ms. Ibra was our co-ordinator. Our total trip was flawless. Everything was perfectly arranged by Ms. Ibra. She is so much helpful and cordial. Our driver mr. Golam mohd was good too. But he should happily attend guests and give suggestions to avoid scams and properly guide them, not just always worry about his own comfort.

Lone travels had given us a really nice & affordable package. We traveled from Delhi to kashmir.
Good hotels , good food, good driver & good house boat were given to us.
Special thanks to rosheen & Bilal bhaiya. Both really helped us during our trip. Rosheen was 24*7 available for us on call & messages.
Also our package included many free activities ( which were paid there).
I highly recommend lone travels if you’re planning to visit kashmir

It's always supportive and best hospitality....I have done 2 tours with lone travels and had excellent experience. Good choice of hotel and best drivers...
