Hidden inside tall Deodar trees, this wooden temple has a small cave inside. You need to get inside the small cave to see the Hidimba Devi. Standing in the queue (small one though) to go inside the temple with the chilling morning breeze is another experience!!! You will also find local ladies offering traditional wear on hire for taking photographs... More

Nice location and peaceful place. Snow all around when visited. Soon after our visit we experienced live snow fall here which was amazing as first time we experienced. Must visit place.

The entrance to temple is very very small.. it does provide a feel of ancient times. Not recommended for elderly people who needs assistance while walking.

Very nice temple and nicely managed temple too. Devi Hidimba is inside a cave and one has to get inside the cave to have darshan. The access road has so much traffic in both directions that only one attraction can be seen in the whole day (very poor traffic management).

The beautiful temple with Wooden architecture surrounded with trees and foliage is a unique place like no other in India. It blends into the surroundings and has a calming and spiritual effect on visitors. Inside is even more mesmerising as one feels closer to nature. The Panditji answers questions about the place, it's history and related mythological significance. There is... More
