Hired bikes for our journey to Keylong and must say bikes were in excellent condition and as good as new. Would defiantly recommended them and they have accessories such as riding jacket on rent as well.

The owner of this shop is so arrogant like his staff mechanic. These pple are unwilling to let u ask questions of the maintenance of the bikes . They even get arrogant if you want to check the filter or treads on the tyres. Total waste of time. Useless people…and misleading videos on youtube.

This review is extremely overdue. Back in the summer of 2018 we rented 3 bikes from BRM. We developed some issues with the bikes enroute to Leh (via Spiti Valley) and Abhinav was able to work with us to solve our problems and continue the trip. The spares we brought (provided by BRM) where needed and helped solve some other issues. First thing to know, you are taking a 17 day trip through the Himalayans, if you don’t have some issues then count yourself extremely lucky. Thankfully Abhinav was quick with advice and assistance when needed. BRM was also very responsive when we were planing the trip (and I asked a lot of questions) which provided me with some peace of mind. The shop was well equipped, and the business dealing were fair and respectful. If I ever get back to the region I will certainly book another bike from BRM.
