This water fall is situated about 12KM from Naggar castle. It is one of the highest altitude place near Manali, untouched and is full of natural beauty. Its a thrilling ride once the roads become narrow and steep, you'll travel through the dense deodar forests to reach this place. A must visit place for anyone who loves to go to... More

I visited Jana with family. Last minute trip on our last day in manali. Sumo cost us 1500 for a return ride. whilst the vistas are great, there are small treks you can do to explore waterfalls around, enough to settle down for lunch near the waterfall. Extremely tasty lunch ended up being my favorite meal of the trip.

It snowed last night when we visited this place hence could not see waterfall as it was at a height and required short trek and the was inaccessible due to snow. But loved the view and quietness.

Probably the only waterfall in Manali worth mentioning, this is a great location 11km away from Naggar - and let me warn you in advance - the last 3-4 km has no road whatsoever - its just stones and pebbles. We were worried that the tyres may get punctured and the underbelly of our Etios may get damaged, but thankfully... More

If you come to this place to see a majestic waterfall you will be disappointed. But if you come with a mind made up to have authentic Himachali food served hot you will be delighted and that skimpy of a waterfall will be a side serving.
