My review of Solang Valley published very recently under the same title " Nature's Lap " appropriately covers Solang Nullah, which is contributory in giving the name ' Solang Valley'. Hence reviewing it under a different name is meaningless.I may add that there is nothing additional to add or this is an area which geographically adds any additional beauty to Solang... More

It is worth a visit and you can do Paragliding, river crossing, Mountain Biking, Snow Scooters, Zorbing / Snow Tubing. Please be sure to hire some good snow boots and winter wear which you can get from local stores all along the river banks just outside the Manali town. You can get here by hiring a local cab. Very scenic. We visited in May and the surrounding peaks were all covered in snow. There is also a ropeway here which didnt seem worth it for the price since it only covered small distance. One can also do paragliding depending on wind speed though and expensive for the distance covered. For first timers, it is ideal though.

This place is meant for Kids only . Adults should avoid wasting money on themselves for any rides as they are costly but kids can enjoy even paragliding as safer and small hieght paragliding can be done by even 4 years old child also.

Solang Nullah and Solang Valley are the same place. This place is in the outer city.It is a small town with all facilities. We went to Solang for paragliding. The short fly costs 900rs which is less than 5 mins while high fly costs 3000rs which is more than 20 mins.My friends really enjoyed well.
