I enjoyed whatever time I got to sit and enjoy the moment by sitting on the bank of Beas river. It runs a little slow as some part of manali is plain where you can go close to the river and enjoy your time.

Being an avid photographer, the river offered so much potential. It was a beautiful companion in the whole way from Delhi to Manali. Though there are no camping activities in winter , the river itself was a pleasure to eyes.

The river is very famous. It's good. Rafting can be done. Different vegetation. Flows through mountains and dense alpine forests in little higher altitude which is worth watching. One can spend hours by sitting on the bank of the river.
