Even various spots / photo corners where you can click pictures. At Kullu there are water rafting also there on Beas River. At Kullu only at river bank side Maa Vaishno Devi temple located. Even Pandoh Dam is located over these river which is approx 90 km before Manali.

All throughout Manali right from Start to end you will find Beas river flowing along. Water gushing through rocks and greenery is a scene to behold. During rainy season, the water level is quite high which might be dangerous to stroll around the river. Other times, the river can be visited at various designated places throughout its course for a peaceful sit out and some awesome photography shots. Many river sports are also organised at several places. Enjoy.

Nice place to spend a evening.. The water is too cold... almost freezing .. You'll enjoy the view...
Many locations in the river is great for white water rafting. The river starts about more than 20 Km up in the hills. Siri Nallah joins with it. Manali is built on the banks of Beas. The main sity is on the right bank and it is developing on the left bank too. You have to drive throsmall rickety bridges to cross it.

River Beas accompanies you for long while you drive down to Manali. The points near Kullu (approx 42 Km away from Manali) is good for white water rafting. There are professionals, who accompany you on the rafting.

If you want to spend some time on the bank.... It gives you a heavenly feeling. Do spend some time with River Beas

I am back just before few days from Manali. we went for long tour to simla, delhousi, khajiyar, chamba etc. but when we reached at manali and specially at that time of snow fall. we were really surprised to see their beauty. it was very cold but its was wonderful. when we reached at bank of Biaas, we feel that it is a heaven.and only for bank of biaas we decided to live in manali for 6 days. we enjoyed in biaas very well. it is very cold water river but when u touch or go inside the riveru never want to come back.
biaas river is spended in whole simla and manali. we can get everywhere their different types of fall. some of place it is a huge and dengerous river, and some place it is so look like a piecefull river.if some one want to go simla or that side, once visit biaas because it is a really a wonderful river with wonderful beauty.

Have been to Manali city, and the first thing you notice is the gurgling and rushing noise of the River Beas. This flows right through the town and is a sight to the city-worn traveller. Luckily we got a hotel near the River Beas and the sight was something to behold. The majestic mountains towering over the river as if protecting it. If you are at Manali there is rafting option available at Kullu . For adventure lover it is thrill not to be missed.
