This cinema has been totally renovated. Now hosts an Imax and gold restaurant. The whole place speaks of quality though highly priced. The IMAX experience is really good.has electronic recliners and loungers. The snacks have improved too. Will definately visit again

The cinema has now a dedicated screen for IMAX movies, the viewing experience is far greater than any other experience.
Bigger curved screen, comfortable seats, bigger glasses, better sound. The whole experience gets upgraded a level.
Totay recommended for watching a 3d movie..

Got some free time. Went to see the Joker in PVR Gold. Hall was almost full. Got ticket in 2 nd Row. Was very uncomfortable to see the movie from that position. The sound system was very good. As usual, inside it was very cold. Overall, enjoyed the show

Worst experience at directors cut, paid 5k for 2 tickets of stree 2 but they cannot hire a good working staff for the theater. Not a single attendant was working like they should. Initially I ordered cheese and salted popcorn and they told me that they'll serve it in the theater. It took 25 mins and multiple reminders for the same. Every attendant was telling us that they're going to inform outside but nothing changed. Post the interval we ordered 3 more things but they forgot to deliver the complete order. Paid 5k and got a poor service. The complete experience was ruined with the attendants. I don't know why, but pvr is doing nothing about it.

I must say that PVR Cinemas has put the convenience at the next level. Its Gold Class is awesome. Please note that you can not keep your laptop bag with you inside the movie hall.

Its a treat to watch a movie. Right from the online booking to collecting the tickets and watching the movie its a cakewalk. Though food seems overpriced but again who cares for the food if one has gone to check out a favourite movie of yours.

Movie experience is great at the location. However you will feel that you are paying too much for this place.for many other PVR locations rates are 1/3 and sometime feels like you are wasting lot of money.

Perforce one has to view movies at PVR as they are in close proximity to our residence. It has never been a feel good experience.
Lackadaisical and tardy staff, credit card machines not working, overpriced and stake snacks, cramped seats, patrons making loud extended calls on their phones- with no intervention from the attendants despite many requests- ; would avoid PVRs if there wasachoice

Visited PVR gold at ambience mall to watch avengers endgame movie. The seats are no doubt luxurious and very comfortable, the sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired for. Throughout the movie we could hear the sound of movie playing in the adjoining Audi. We were in Audi2. Also the food and beverage counters were not hygienic or clean . The floor was filthy littered with popcorn and the trash can there was overflowing. Besides there were no trash cans available in the rest of the waiting area to dispose off unwanted stuff. The gold class Audis are not disabled friendly. To go up its through stairs from main lobby. No lift.
