Lake needs to be treated as a national/state property and proper care should be taken to maintain it. I was on the way to the lake with my family and I saw 4 guys openly drinking and making merry on the trunk of their car...More

The Damdama Lake near Gurgaon is nothing spectacular. At most, you may want to visit it once but definitely not worth another visit.

Due to climate change, de-forestation, over population and major construction projects have really taken a toll on this once beautiful lake. It it not exactly what it used to be and a very forgettable experience to drive here, to say the least.

We were highly disappointed when we last visited this place. This lake was more of a swamp, with dirty water, muddy shore lines, and very risky looking boats. There were couple of restaurants closely, otherwise there is nothing to see, or have fun with.

Quick getaway from delhi, close to gurugram, its a quite place for the outing. There were outdoor activities available like camel riding, boating etc. There is Haryana Tourism resort with a restaurant, we ordered chinese which tasted alright. Good picnic spot to spend the day.

Little more than a dirty pond, the place is hardly worth a visit. Its very polluted and has almost no water to speak of.

There is no restriction on fishing. But can be done from July to Nov/Dec months only as there is enough water level.
