I was a bit late and the onset of Summer meant that all the migratory birds had left but was able to view quite a few of the native bird species

Serenity amidst the chaos of urban jungle. Went there with my family on 2nd Jan 2022 and simply fell in love with this place. Spread in 352 acres only a small portion is available for sightseeing as major portion of the national park is filled with grasslands and no birds are usually visible there. Always try to reach as soon as possible around 8-9 Am and best time is from Dec to March. Just make sure you carry a nice binocular and a good camera. Also don't forget to take a guide for identifying the birds and learning about them. Dont carry any eatables and please maintain the peace and sanctity of the place, A walk of around 3kms will enable you to see majority of the birds and enjoy the place. Spend good 2-3 hours there if you just want to visit and if you have the photography bug then please be prepared to spend as much time you want to.

Best Time to visit there is Last of December or in January. Very Nice place, we spotted local and migratory birds as well. There are watch towers and you must take a good Camera and binoculars.
Eatables are not allowed inside the park which is very good.
Try to go early morning. Take Guide If you are not much aware of bird species.
But the request is to maintain a silence and cleanliness of the place.

The best time to visit this place is in winter when you can spot a large number of migratory birds as well as resident birds. Bring a binocular and a camera to see the birds on the trees and the water bodies. There is a walking path along the perimeter of the park and there are a few watch towers for enhanced viewing. You can easily spend 2 - 3 hours here.

Please dont go right now , the park is closed due to bird flu and covid. All national parks and even bharatpur bird sanctuary is open but sultanpur is closed with no clear indication on when will it open. Haven’t experienced the park itself so this rating is for lack of info from the park authorities on opening dates leading to inconvenience for visitors.

Visit here in the months of December or January and you could really enjoy the rich bio diversity of this place. Small but very well managed!

The place is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is less crowded and you get a sense of calm once you are there. However, apart from the peace there's very little to do over there. We were able to spot a few of the rare bird species over there though.
A one time visit.
