the palace situated in heart of city was once a place to hide crown jewels. however after a bitter dispute in the royal family, and court settlement, the palace is now demolished and the land is being developed to make a shopping mall.

The existance of the Beautiful Nazarbaug Palce built with lot of Italian marbles is now part of History as the same is demolished by very own family members of Gaekwad Dynnasty for want of money having decided to construct Shopping Complex. Sad Feeling.

Nazarbaug palace was known as a hawa palace in ancient time. It was known for its Glass work. The local authorities had always ignored it and the place was later converted in to paid parking and free urinals. The place is now almost Demolished and Restructured in the Shopping Mall now.
