Although I was too interested about visitng the fort, but after the visit,I felt it was rather worthless to visit because the site lacks repair and maintenance.

Lakhota Fort is a place to see the rich heritage of the region.must visit during the early day.do carry water , not much shops

After seeing the lake we went to see the fort inside the lake. Huge entrance to the fort is really heritage site. Few steps up n a huge court yard. Several canons are kept in loopholes of the fort. Small museum showing old coins paintings...More

Over All a good place to enjoy with family, there is an small museum also. the miracle thing is a water outlet were you can pump some air from your mouth & you will see water coming out of other outlet which is not connected...More

This fort was under renovation during our visit in Feb 16, The renovation is taking place after the lake side was revamp and opened for public. We had earlier visited this fort and it has museum with good collection of old coins and artisans.

Lakhota fort renovation is complete with new stunning look, with not to miss laser show there for about half an hour.

This is under major renovation and nothing to see at all. And from whats happening looked like it may take a few months, so please do check with your hotels before you venture out. Hopefully next time I visit it will be in good shape.

This is one of the key place to visit in Jamnagar but is under renovation. Hopefully we will have a nice place to visit in some time
