This museum have wide collection of Gujarati community woman (rajput, marvadi, kucchi, ahir etc) art. Here beadwork, colourful embroidery, woodwork,metal work all displayed in photogrpahs or as articles too.

There are 2 museums. Both have beautifully compiled and preserved folk art. The first one has art pieces from Gujarat whereas the second one has compilations from across the world.

Only about 20 min from town by taxi & worth the trip! Keep taxi for return as you are in a secluded park like environment. Two museums for one very small entrance fee. Lovely collection of period clothing artifacts old photos and cultural displays. Beautiful...More
