Not the easiest place to find, one can walk past it without seeing the tiny sign. We went for the NC Mehta Gallery. It was nearly closing time, but they made an effort to ensure that we saw as much as possible. Great collection of indian paintings. The main museum is well presented and fascinating.

Museum is opposite of LD Engineering college. Nice place to visit. It you eager to know gistory than this place will take 1 hr atleast. No photography is allowed. Ancient hindu scripture, statue of till 2 nd sanctuary. Buddhist scriptures, statue. Jainism scripture and statues 1st floor has so many ancient writings and paintings hundreds of years ago. Nice worth watching .. Atleast onextime vist.. Museum.. Pic gallary...heart of city.... Near amadvari.... Good place to vist during hot sunny days.. Nice collection

Located very near to the L D engineering college. No entry fee for this place. Hardly any visitor come to this place. Not on tourist itinerary also. This place is famous for palm-leaf manuscripts from 3rd to 12 th century. This museum was established fto display art and archaeology.

Located near famous LD engineering college, this museum is situated around the corner of the road itself but can be easily missed as the display board at the entrance is down. Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Museum of Indology, which was established in 1984, is a museum of art and archaeology. This museum have wide collection of various types of gold, silver, bronze coins. they have also big collection of jain religion books, manuscripts. This museum is closed on mondays. No entry fees for the same.

This museum has a huge collection of manuscripts, painting, coins , sculptures and wood work also. Here you can find very huge collection of manuscripts specially related to jain religion.
