This place is almost dead for activity other than theatre and outside shops.

The mall is totally empty except for a couple of establishments operating there. One of those establishments being a Cinemax multiplex. the multiplex itself has no issues. But its located on the 4th floor of the mall which is totally dead inside. No lighting, no escalators, no lifts. Last i visited i had to use fire exit to climb those 4 storeys as the only lift working was unable to service so many people and we were getting late for our movie. It was at night and i had to switch my phone's flashlight on. Also it smelled terrible on some floors as no maintenance staff is there. Big Avoid for anyone.

The mall is really vacant and with lots of shops already left the place no one really cares about the place. Could be avoided!

The mall is quite big and houses just a few shops inside. Nearly all the other brands have given up on their store inside the mall and shifted to other malls. The mall is in very very bad shape. Nobody even cleans the mall, it is filled with bird poop everywhere. No personnel to help. Just one multiplex. Avoid, if possible. Not a "tourist" attraction.

Worstplace to visit.. Because allmost like a horor show... Dirty... Noshops open... No escalator stairs running... No person for help...

Went to Cinemax PVR. The biggest mistake. Lifts not working. Parking pathetic. On Booking counter they don't have change. No proper sign boards. I wonder how come PVR has fallen to such a low standard. I would love to gift a lock to PVR and the management of Devarc Mall. Strictly no no. Don't waste time, money and mood.

This is just a 5-6 year old place but completely dead. All shops are closed except a theater and a cloth shop on ground floor.

This is very big mall with various shops are closed inside mall. Outside stores are good.
One can enjoy electronic goods and other items here.
Cinemax has good screen and sound quality.
