This used to be an children's amusement park years ago. Now almost all the swings, slides etc. are broken down. The gardens are also not maintained properly. The place is mostly used by people to rest or have food while visiting the Devka beach which it adjoins.

This place is just walking distance from resorts such as Cidade Daman, Sea Rock Inn, Miramar etc. Its situated exactly opposite Ashoka palace hotel. They have small rides for kids & they charge entry fee of 10 rs per adult. Even the place is shaded with trees, there is no improvement in facilities. If the government can lease out to private operators, then it would be a good idea.

We visited this place in the evening. It can be a garden but not an amusement park. If you have small kids, then they will probably love it. Overall, a place where only small children can enjoy.

Just a dirty park with 2-3 slides and rusted swings near the devka beach. One shop inside selling snacks. Dirty, full of garbages, no good place to even sit and relax, accompanied by the fouling smell from the sea.

It depends on level of one s liking. Daman is a small city with few tourist destinations. If you have small children, they will love it. Elders will love the alcohol with fresh fish fry beside sea.

With a common entrance the beachfront park has the advantage of viewing sunset and breeze, but is not properly maintained. The fountain is not working but to satisfy with some basic rides for kids The outside road is congested with paid parking and open stalls.

Once a major destination in Daman stretching and overlooking the beach was kids paradise now lost its glory being ruined having no proper swings, slides, playground or fountains or any amusement all due to the utter negligence by authorities with no entry ticket or no service. Whatever may be the justification it adversely affected the attraction and consequently the tourism. The whole area was not clean and the hawkers were taking advantage encouraging alternately unauthorized tents and drunkards at the beach at the expense of tourism ethics and kids innocence.

The park does not have many things to do. There are few 'jhoolas' for kids.
However, Devka beach is adjacent to this park which is nice place.

Very nicely maintained park and some fun rides for young kids. Great for family outings. Easily accessible, good parking space available and the park faces the beach for a beautiful sunset..

I am amused at why they call it an “Amusement Park”. There are hardly any avenue for amusement here, except for the group of boys who use this place for beer parties. The park is very dirty with plastic waste (mostly empty food packets, water bottles, etc) strewn all around. The rides are not safe. Many of the slides and swings are in dilapidated condition. The entry fee is exorbitant looking at the facilities offered and the state of maintenance of the park.
A visit at this park , in my opinion, is a waste of time and money.
