Beach is just okay with long stretch but not ideal for swimming or any other water sports activity. However beach is clean and maintained. There are shacks on beach serving snacks and tea. ok. so this is (probably) another sample of different thinking what beach is about. it may be affected really strong wind. my beach: sand, sea, swimming, some service (basic one, drinks at least). btw present view is diff from some pictures: there is new road on embankment along beach (staircase too far from each other).
here? sand and sea. nowhere to sit. it may sense to come here in evening just to watch sunset.

Nice place to spend a few hours. There are a lot of water sports activities such as speed boat ride, passenger boat ride, bumpy ride, jet ski ride to name a few. There are horse and camel rides as well. There are eateries nearby too. Wholesome fun for kids and adults

It’s a sandy beach with black sands. Therefore the water also looks dirty. It’s a long beach. The portion of the beach near to the lighthouse is better. There are lots of activities available in the beach. We enjoyed the speed boat ride. It can be better maintained.

Its not a Great Beach . But a tiny beach with some enjoyment we visited in evening, there was not much rush. and it was clean and I feel it is well maintained . beer and some local snacks are available at reasonable price with enjoying the beauty of son and sand.

Black muddy beach. No one can swim or else will get disease. Some entertainments like camel rides or horse carriage or beach scooters are there.

We went for a dip in the beach early morning. Beautiful Beach was quite clean despite excesses of weekend earlier. Saw team of locals picking up and cleaning thrash thrown by visitors. Excellent wall built with a pavement and entry points to beach from road with parking all along the waterfront.

This beach area has been recently developed with a long road along the beach with parking facility on one side of road, sitting / viewing on sea side, various activities on the beach. Ideal for a family outing.

From Vapi you have to move towards Nani Daman - thats not very far. This beach is about 4-5 kms from there. You can even add that on your GoogleMaps or any GPS system and the navigation is easy. Roads are good
It was 2:30 am that me and my better half decided to night out at Devka Beach, we had to face several dog's group and we finally reached the beach by 3:20am ,the beach was 4 km away from our hotel, the beach was total barren, there we alternate white focus light and water could not be seen, old we could hear the waves,at 4:10 I saw something that change my thinking forever, I seen a man who seem to probably jog close to the sea, I felt happy some what that finally found someone on this beach, on closer look we realized that this person had a white glowing body with human structure and his appearance was fading and becoming solid again, apart from that he was running what seem to me as a loop, through and forth ,he was also running slightly above the ground, I stood there for maybe 5 min ,till my wife scream and told to run, we just ran with all the energy we had , while running I turned back as I could not believe on what I am witness ,and he was bit closer to us and still running on that beach.I lost my breath and was shivering ,we both could only pray to God for protect.I will.never forget this incident and its memories I will carry for a lifetime.

No. Not recommended for bathing.
I would like to know if there is any contact details available of any agency who conduct watersports and at what time and days watersports are available as many reviews said that they couldn't spot any water sports during their visit to daman.

yes they are available. ask a local person for the bus stand it is just 5 mins away from Vapi station. bus cost 12 rs per person for Daman from Vapi while rickshaw will charge you 200 bucks!
