Well of course it is a place of wonder. And it is built beautifully. One is amazed at how this place was built from scratch. However, this place ir not disabled frienely or even old people friendly. Think before you go there. There is a lot of walking arounr

Amazing creation by 1 person Mr. Nek Chand who painstakingly created the garden over the years and left a wonderful legacy for future generations to enjoy his art created from waste.

Chandigarh doesn't have a lot of tourist attractions so this was one of the nicer places to visit. I was there in July when it was very hot and humid to be anywhere outdoors so that part wasn't great. With the appreciation f how the park is created and the material used to make it, it was definitely a worthwhile place to checkout but I wouldn't set my expectations too high.

I personally didn't like it but if you are into Art or stuff or have kids with you do visit it. There is an artificial waterfall, dolls made out of bangles, etc.
It would take more than 1 hr easily once you enter.
Avoid if the weather's hot or sunny.

If you're even mildly claustrophobic or like open spaces avoid this place. Its a one way one exit one entry . Some structures doesn't make sense even artistically. Very few attendants.

Garden is full of numerous beautiful sculptures made of rocks and tile-pieces. Overall experience is great especially for kids and families. Ticket price is nominal. Hoping visitors can keep the place clean.

Nice place in Chandigarh where you can easily spend 2 to 3 hrs . Uniquely design garden with different rock sultuptures, few waterfall also created, there us a AC doll house, minor room, lot of empty spaces for hangout. Well maintained along with well and proper way directions given from enter to exit. Just follow directions. Place are build in huge area with proper utilization. Must visit place in Chandigarh.

Be prepared to be amazed. My expectations were relatively before going but it was truly one of the most interesting places I have ever visited. Every corner of the enormous site is filled with awesome details! The site is nice and cool due to the high walls of the corridors. The location is close to Sukna Lake so easy to reach. A must visit for families when in Chandigarh.
