We wanted to plan something different for our respective partners's birthdays as beaches were done to death. This covid had made us home bound for a year and we couldnt think of any other place of tranquility than the hills. I have travelled to Himachal upteen number of times as part of summer break with parents from Delhi but the experience we got from Vartika and Kshitij was unimaginable. Right from curating the trip, to working out the budgets which would fit our lock down pockets, to booking the hotels/hostel/kothi with breath taking views. The entire experience was an amazing one and I surely didnt want to come back to the hustle bustle of the city. Vartika and Kshitij were always available on calls and kept checking on our arrivals and departures and giving us alternative routes to cut down on the travel time. I would love to plan another holiday with them as I loved the precision `in their work. They made sure that this trip to Kasol and Tosh is one of the most rejuvenating experiences.

Ventilator Village makes bookings through booking.com which if I had known I would have booked myself as they charged me double what it would have been. Booking.com allows full refunds in most circumstances. With strict travel restrictions and lock down periods during COVID19 Kshitij and Vartika refused to refund any part of the paid $800 I paid them for a 3 day safari in April 2020. I was surprised and very disappointed that they proved so unreasonable in these very trying and difficult times. I would think twice before using them or recommending them again.

This was a last minute trip and Kshitij and Vartica could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Our son was married in Bulandshahr and they set up transportation, sightseeing and accommodations that were perfect for our needs. They certainly went over and above in their assistance to all of our last minute needs in this hastily assembled itinerary. We are so looking forward to our next visit to India when we can join a PLANNED itinerary with Ventilator Village. The Mehras are THE BEST!

My husband and I were in Chandigarh mostly for business and had a tough schedule to accommodate. We still wanted to see as much of Northern India as possible during our stay there. Kshitij & Vartika came recommended by friends. They met with us at our hotel, listened attentively to our needs, and within a few hours, planned a fantastic, 100% customized itinerary for us. We only had six days but they worked things out so we managed to see Virasat-e-Khalsa in Anandpur Sahib, Mcleod Ganj, Amritsar, the Wagu border and the Taj Mahal (not in Northern India, of course, but on our way back to Delhi). It's the first time we delegate travel planning responsibilities to someone and it was worth every rupee. Not only did we not have time to sort it all out, but we would have missed really important sights and foodie options they recommended. They also arranged transportation and hotels for us. In addition, they are kind and attentive. We were in constant contact with them during our journey and they were always available. It was a pleasure to work with such talented and passionate young entrepreneurs. I wish them much success and encourage anyone and everyone to work with them. We'll be back for a tour of the Ladakh region!
