I have travelled with them in June 2022, it was Himachal trip. Very bad experience, AC remains closed in the whole trip, I was with kids and request so many time to turn on AC but driver didn't.

Journey from Delhi to Chandigarh with black taxi was a very safe and secured experience. The driver was very polite and also a professional. He wore the mask throughout the journey and made sure that I wore it too.
The cab was sanitised properly and was very clean.
The journey was very comfortable and will make sure that I book it again for my upcoming trips.

Had an amazing journey with black taxi. All thanks to Sushant providing such a great can service on such short notice. Black taxi is absolutely perfect with its service including skilled driver, sanitisation and cleanliness. I would definitely book it again for my trips in future

One of the best taxi service, the car was clean and the driver named Sarabjit Singh is extremely good, he got some good sense of humour and good communication skills. we will again book your taxi whenever we visit to Amritsar again

Was invited to visit friends in India and being India of high priority on my bucket list I gladly accepted the invite. As my wife and I agreed upon our arrival to Delhi we immediately decided I was not upon the challenge of driving nor savy enough to use public transportation. We were thankfully referd to Black Taxi India. We travel for over two weeks using their taxis that are full size, new , confortable and well maintained and surprisingly clean and supplied with bottled water and snacks irregardless at what time of early morning they picked us up after a late night arrival at our different destinations. One of the most impressive part of this company function are the drivers, they all were curtius and attentive to our needs and well informed. We highly recommend their services who have made our visit to India most satisfying and memorable..

I decided to book a taxi with Sushant (owner) from Jaipur to the New Delhi airport because we met & stayed with Sushant and his lovely family through airbnb, I knew when I booked this that Sushant was a very honest, trustworthy and reliable young man. We had done a load of shopping and we had too many bags so Sushant offered to keep one of our bags & deliver it to the airport when we were going home. He did it very promptly & went out of his way to make sure we got our bag. The drive was from Jaipur to Delhi Airport and took about 4 hours. The SUV was very clean and on time & didn’t delay at all. Our driver was very pleasant and was a great driver. During our travel throughout Rajasthan, Sushant helped us out in booking train tickets at no extra charge. I know that anything we needed Sushant would have helped us out anyway he could. I would highly recommend this company Black Taxi and I would definitely use their services again. I’m looking forward to arranging the next trip with Black Taxi.

We went on a trio from Chandigarh to delhi and then chandigarh to the himalayas and back. Excellent service, the cabs are new, very clean, plus they provide refreshments as well as clean pillows and small blankets inside the cars..the owner is extremely cooperative. The driver Sarbjeet is excellent in his driving, you have a very smooth, comfortable travel although some roads in India are not so good. He also helped us in obtaining good hotel rooms at a reduced price. We had very good conversation with the driver, he is a good tourist guide too in some cities. Most important the prices for the services offered are quite low as compared to the other agencies. I strongly recommend you to try this taxi service, i am sure you will be happy and fully satisfied.
