Rajgir is centre of Jain and Bhudist religion. A very beautiful place in deed. Visit to Bihar is incomplete without visit to Rajgir. Besides many other attraction it has Five mountains called Punch Pahari where many Jain Temples are situated. It is said Lord Mahaveera held Samosaran after getting enlightenment and had delivered sermons to the mankind. Must visit place

Rajgir is a sacred town for Buddhist. There were so many places to visit such as Remains of the monastery called Jivakambavana,Bimbisara's jail,Venuvana Monastery,Gridakuta hill,Vishwa Shanti Stupa ,Son Bhandar Caves and Ruins of Nalanda University. If you can avoid Sunday stay away from the cable car to the Vishwa Shanti Stupa.Have to queue a long line for about and hour.
