Victory at Sea War memorial was built to celebrate the victory of the Indian Navy in 1971 during the Indo Pak war. The tankers, fighter planes and missiles used during the war are put on display. Rishikonda Beach is a land mark for this place.

The sea memorial was erected as a mark of remembrance of the thousands of soldiers who perished in the battles. Just opposite to the Ramkrishna beach, it should be in the itinerary of every Indian tourist to pay a small homage to the brave.

The memorial is built to exhibit the proud memories of the Navy personnel. The place makes you feel the proud & honour associated with great Indian Navy.

We saw this while our stay in Vizag. It's a monument type structure. The structure is tall. The architecture is great. One can sit here for a few moment. It is located just opposite to the Ramkrishna Beach.
