This is a war memorial of 1971 when PNS Gazi was destroyed by Indian naval power. Indians should feel proud by memorizing this history.

This museum showcases the Indian Navy's victory in sinking PNS-Ghazi near the same place where this museum is built. Inside of it shows various pictures of Indian navy and its equipment. There are dummy versions also at display of the vessels the Navy uses. We felt proud while going through the great history of ours. Really a must-see place for... More

A war memorial just a few minutes walk from Kursura Submarine museum. This comprises of war tanks and models of missiles used during the war of 1971. A well maintained and nicely enclosed area overlooking the sea beach. You will feel emotional and somewhat nostalgic on the achievements of Indian history.

This is on the beach road so centrally located, close to RK beach, VUDA Park, Museum, Krusura submarine museum children's park and hotels, Aqua sports complex. This is open place which you can see without any need to buy tickets. It reminds us of the victory at this sea a few decades ago. There's a brief description available there.

Reading about it may be of more worthy. Ofcorse walk on the beach early in the morning and knowing about it may be interesting.By the way I am from this place itself so my review may be not so great.

It is situated on the main road. We must visit as it is the monument for Naval victory of 1971. We should be proud of our Navy.

This war monument is located near Ramakrishna Beach and was built in 1971 by the Indian Navy to commemorate the demolition of Pakistani submarine Ghazi during the Indo-Pak war of 1971. The area is decorated with a fighter plane, a tank, some missiles and bombs. It is dedicated to the navy soldiers who sacrificed their lives during war.
