The Akasaganga theertham here is a sacred confluence of three rivers, Swarnamukhi, Bhima and Kalyani. It is believed that Akasaganga emanates from the head of Lord Shiva. It is a nice place to visit in Tirupati.

Can spend ttime and have bath if you have much time for dharshan, one of the place to visit while you are having much time to spend.

As per Hindu mythology Akasa Ganga has flown from Lord Shiva's Jata (hair) to earth from Devlok. But here in Thirumala she flows from Lord Balaji's feet. Akaash-Ganga Teertham is a natural waterfall believed to originate from Lord Vishnu's feet. It is quite crowded during peak pilgrim season where many come to take bath here.
