For people who don't see to experience snow, this is perfect place to experience typical winter sports. They provide everything from Jackets, gloves, socks, shoes. They have one hour of session it feels it is less but it is really cold and in 15-20 minutes you will be done with it. They have slides, lot of volly balls to play with. and lot of places for taking picture. You can get one phone for photo inside with some charges. This is must-do destinations for kids and family.

I went to Snow World on my Wife's birthday and it was an average experience. I recommend you to carry your own camera as they do not allow mobile phones inside and you will end up paying 100 rupees for each picture and additional 20 rupees to get it emailed. I felt the entry fee is bit expensive considering the time duration for each session and the activities involved....though for one time visit it was worth it. Overall it was an ok experience....The facility is well planned and staff was helpful.

snow world is like a mini hill station with ice all around. u hv show fall, snow rides etc. to njoy. if u feel cold, u can taste hot beverages inside the snow world. duration of stay is one hour but one can feel the chill and might feel like going out in 40-45 minutes. we did not like the clothings provided by them as the socks etc. were stinking.

It was my first time to experience snow in an artificial setting. I loved the slides mainly because of its rugged nature to allow people to experience the thrill of sloping down. Its always better when you try it out with friends so you can have fun throwing snowballs at each other, volleyball, entering the igloo like structures and playing soft balls. The place has other activities like Rainforest, Living dead section, Ocean park and kalledo with the mirrors. The tariff list is 450 for adults and 250 rupees for children. Perhaps my interesting memory is the fish spa where you get to put your feet in water full of small fish and they will nibble at the dead skin on your heels. after the fish feasting, your feet is dried and moisturized. The boots, snow coats, socks and gloves are provided by the staff. No phones or personal shoes allowed inside the building

If one has never experienced snow before, this place would turn out to be a great experience. Other than that, it is just a well maintained snowy room. There is a small slide inside this huge room and a few balls lie around which you can play with. They have a disc too, which I felt; hardly served its purpose. However, if you come along with a bunch of your friends or family, spending the provided hour, is hardly a big deal. All in all, Its a good place to visit and to literally chill out!!!

Other thing to try here is Go-karting, which seemed fun. Other two places, namely amazon forest and haunted house are nothing special. But, since they are complementary with the prior two things, I wouldn't mind to visit them. All in all, a nice place to visit, especially if you been far away from snow throughout.

At Snowworld they provide two packages one is regular one ( Snow world ) and other one is BLUE PACKAGE (Snow world + Rain Forest +Living Dead + Kalledo)
As soon as you enter the premises the representative will tell you to buy Blue package as it will save cost. We purchased BLUE package in temptation of saving money. After my experience I could understand that only snow world is worth of visiting and to visit other places is actually waste of money.
For "Kalledo" you need to find out path (exit) from different mirrors which will replicate your images and you may find it littlebit confused to find the path. It is kind of maze but not that difficult as my 5 years daughter also could locate the path.
"Rain Forest" & "Living Dead" do not threaten adults. Children may find some fear factor. I did not find both “Rain Forest” & “Living Dead” impressive.
Rain Forest, Living Dead and Kalledo each activity will be finished within 5 to 10 minutes. The ticket for each activity does not justify its cost as you are not finding much thrill.
Snow world is good to experience. Even children can enjoy it. They will provide all accessories like jackets, shoes, socks, gloves. You have plenty of time to wear all these things, So cross-check properly that the items are fitting well, else you can replace with one of your size. If your show timing is 12:00 to 1:00 then they will send you inside from 12:00 to get prepared for the action, while actual show starts at 12:30 and ends at around 13:30. You cannot carry mobiles inside but you can carry camera inside. Please handle camera carefully as because of cold & ice (and fumes/water from ice those gets allocated on camera lens) your camera may get damaged. There are many balls with which you can play sports like basketball, volleyball, football etc. You can also try glide on a slope. You can play with ice. Overall all members from any age group can enjoy this place.

I have gone there recently. Firstly there are timings which will take gud 2 Hrs. we reached at 4:45 PM were given tickets at 5PM onwards. Entry was given at 5.30 PM Half hr was given for wearing stuff and then 6 to 7 was the allowed time. However 80% people come out before time. Reasons are here under but before that will give you some tips which no other has posted. Had this been there I would have stayed more

1) Only Jackets are provided. No Lowers, so make sure you should not wear half pant bermuda skrits etc. I had gone with two kids 5 Yrs & 1.3 Years both were wearing half pants.
2) With small kids make sure you take inner as well because the temprature there is -5 degree. Its colder than the freezer
3) The Socks given by them are one size only and they too are loose without proper elastic. kids can't wear it. so make sure for kids you should take your woollen socks and prefereably 2-3 layers will only help.
4) I m insisting on sock again because the shoes given by these guys are PVC shoes. Although this is the only thing that they can give as per your size. But it gets cold very fast. and most the people come out only because they get cold feet very fast and then you are unable to stand or walk.
5) With kids you should make them wear normal shoes and take bigger PVC shoes to put legs inside with your own shoes. - that should help
6) You can get jackets for kids size and your sized but need to exchange multiple times as they don't give by size & you have to insist again :& again for right size
7) if you have your leather gloves take them along b'cs the gloves they give does not have figures only thumb section. taking picture or handling kids stuff becomes difficult with these gloves. you have to take them off and on again and again.
8) They usually oppose taking little kids inside but I had taken my 1.3 years old kid as he was little bigger than 2 ft. They don't charge for very small kids. But it is advisable if u keep them at home otherwise they will ask you to take the kid out every 10-15 mins. and coming back inside is a problem because out gate keeper wo't let u come back thru that door and u have to fight with In gate keeper to come back again.
9) You can take bags etc with eating stuff inside. they check person at security and not the bags which is strange.
10) overall. its not very great but if u need to feel freezing temp with some snowballing you can go.
11) there is one sledge slide which was good. and one ride which was ok

Pros: People who have not seen snow can experience -5 Degrees here. You are provided with clothes so that you don't catch cold. There is decent amount of snow for you to play with and then there are slides, and merry go round on the snow. There is a volley ball court and basket ball rinks that you can play in snow on. There is a small ice hotel that is also built where you can buy snacks and enjoy.

The place can be better managed and people can be given an experience that they dont forget. The amount of ice is less and is mostly light brownish in color. This could be kept clean by using clean water and kept more on the white side.

The slide is ok, but there are chances of slipping, proper care should be taken for that, as it is difficult to walk in snow boots.

The Snow shower was more like a cold rain, which can be converted into actually snowing, by cooling the water to below 0 degrees and then spraying. Overall an average experience for someone who has actually seen snow.
