Undoubtedly one of the best dive site I've been to so far. Serene view and amazing staff. I was able to spot a school of 60+ bumpheads along with many other fishes.

Hi there, you need to know how to swim to certify as a SCUBA diver. However, a discover SCUBA dive (which is a hand held, closely supervised dive by an instructor) is possible. This costs INR 4,500 + 18% GST

Depends on how much time you have. Chidiyatapu is closer to Port Blair and also less crowded. Havelock has more schools and people. But both of them are good.
