We went for the Bastillé day festivities which were amazing on the museum grounds and found our way into the actual museum. Small but quaint. An easy history of the islands of Tahiti and their flora and fauna. Nominal charge to enter.

What a great place. Besides the awesome museum of tahitian history we were able to observe the Bastille day events, vendors, traditional games and competitions. Fabulous. We might come back next year.
