We rented a villa in el Hadhaba (or Ras Um Sid) for the months of January and February 2017. It is a residential area with all living necessities, restaurants, groceries, pet food, gas station laundry, and everything is within a short walking distance. It is also home to the famous farsha bar/café, Sadiki, and the blues café.

The resort I stayed in was overlooking Ras Um Sid. Snorkeling and diving would definitely be delightful, tried the snorkeling and it was magnificent.

What an amazing place to dive in, the reef, the sea life and the flat warm water are special features of this diving spot. I did it with the best call him to arrange the most spectacular dive experience with the best knowledge ever, he speaks English Italian French and Spanish. Captain Sayed +201007944899

This is one of the finest and most affordable resorts in the world. There is no end of activity to partake in the water. My problem is that my eyesight is so poor that I need strong glasses and they don't work out well in water. Consider investing in prescription water goggles if you want full use of this attraction.

Bit expensive for entry to the beach for what it is but worth it for the odd day. Nice pizzas. Taxi cost 10 Egyptian to get back

Dive site with an abundance of marine life. Protected in a cove for both boat and shore diving. Used this location as a third dive of the day and maxed at 18 meters. On the dive we saw 4 scorpion-fish, 1 stone-fish and the elusive juvenile emperor-fish. Tons of corals on the wall of the fringing reef and the sloping... More

This is one of the best swimming spots in Sharm. There are much to see. The place has both shallow and deep spots. Great for snorkelling. I have seen more creatures than I saw in all my scuba dives combined (around 50 dives) snorkelling there alone. Because of this rich marine life it is a very popular scuba dive site.... More
