The water park is like the adjoining hotel showing its age - with wear and tear, some showers broken, and cracked concrete and peeled paint in some of the pools. The park was almost empty of visitors and there were 3 major water slides (including the lazy river) inoperative and not filled with water. The central fountain was dry and switched off and the restaurant was closed and cleared of furniture. However, there were 3 tube ride water slides and 4 other water slides operational, as well as the wave pool and children's area. Paying for admission might result in some disappointment but Jaz Sharm Dreams hotel guests get free access and it is worth a visit for them. On the plus side, the staff in the water park (lifeguards, pool attendants, and gardeners) were friendly and professional.

We stayed at the Sharm Dreams Resort last week and this was included in the package. It is literally minutes away from the resort with its own entrance towards the back, past The Laguna swimming pool.
Using this entrance you come in from the back and are immediately hit with the impressive children’s splash area. There is also an enormous raft ride that goes round the park, which unfortunately was not open or filled with water*. Continue on into the park and there’s a “beach” area with ramp leading to main rides.
The Pyramid had 3 rides, 2 bendy flumes and one drop slide. There was a Snake ride, and a Scorpion ride - both required rubber rings to go down - and they were so much fun. There was the traditional rainbow slides into water, and one that looked like it was a skateboard ramp (which we thought was closed but it wasn’t, but way too high for me).
Now I’m writing this review because if I’d read the previous reviews and didn’t bother going I’d have been gutted. (We’d met a younger couple - we’re 58 and 59 - while staying at our resort and they weren’t going to bother, but once we told them about it they went and came back saying how much fun they’d had).

There was one other family when we went. ONE OTHER! It’s FREE people. If you’ve got kids they’ll love it, beats sitting round a cold pool.

The actual Aqua Park (don’t confuse this with Sharm Dreams Aqua Park which I believe is only for owned villa/rental users as we weren’t allowed in) is decorated in Egyptian style with 4 massive Pharaoh statues on entering main gate. Even they’re just worth a look.

The park does look “run down” because the footpaths and steps are in need of repair, but walk around sensibly and you’ll be fine. *So many people have said ‘water is cold’ … you’re in the water long enough to be cold fgs. And it is February. Please, please, please don’t let other people’s reviews put you off - it won’t cost you a penny to at least (looking past “repair work”) have a look if you’re staying on resort.

I was there on 12/31/2022. It was horrible.. dozens of people entered without tickets. They didn't follow any rules. They played drums noisily and asked people for money. They followed everyone in a scary way. The kids area and the slides were in a mess because of them. I wish you review your cameras to know who are they? Does the owner have any idea about what is happening?!

The hotel we were staying at was just down the road, so as part of our all inclusive package tickets for this water park was included. Once in the park it was clear to see the park was very run down. There were only 5 slides open despite the map showing many more (22 slides and pools). The wave pool was not filled up the the fill lines and the wave machine was never switched on. The lazy river was also dried up. There was nowhere to buy food or drink.

I am not one to write reviews but if I can protect someone else's safety then I feel I must. My partner and I went on the 'snake terror' slide in the center of the park, as shown in the picture. On the first part of the slide our float must have got stuck on something and it flipped us and left me unconscious. Due to the nature of the slide, there were lifeguards who watched this happen from above and did not help. Whilst unconscious my head scraped along the bottom on the slide and left me with visible injury. Luckily after around 30 seconds I regained consciousness and was able to get myself down and off the slide.

No lifeguard went to see if I was okay and they simply gave a thumbs up to my partner. This park is not safe at all. Pre-COVID it looks like it should have been a nice place as pictures from 2018 show but now it is far from and dangerous.

The watetpark is open until 4pm. On the day of the visit we arrived at 12:30pm, paid at the gate and got in. At 1pm all slides were turned off for an hour, because the staff had lunch. When we asked about this, they said the taxi driver who brought us, should have told us about the 1h pause. Even after the lunch was over, around half of the slides didn't work. No waves in the wave pool, lazy river was dry. Grass was not mowed in many places. Everything was tired and worn out. There were no bars open, nowhere to get any food or drinks.
Staff was friendly, that was the only positive side to the place.

What a disappointment !
We were in vacations in Sharm el Sheikh looking for an aquapark (apparently the only one of the area). When we arrived at the main entrance, we expected to pay the same price as egyptian guests - 200 pounds, but they told us with a big smile that for us it will be 400 pounds for each... So we didn’t go.
Is this your customer policy, Cleopark ?What a shame.
So if you are from another country i don’t recommend this place at all. However, if you are a student in business this place is a good example of what you shouldn’t do about price policy.

Egyptian staff member catcalled at me, my sister and my mother. Park management tried to blame it on language barrier which was ridiculous. Egyptian customers were not treated with such a disrespect. Never again.

Apparently the entry fee is $30 so we probably wouldn't have gone if we hadn't gotten free entry as part of our all-inclusive package at Sharm Dreams. I'm not really into water slides but I did enjoy the wave pool and would have liked to try the water channel that goes around the park if it was in use. There weren't a lot of people here and most of them were Egyptian families. There were some shallow children's pools with things to climb on and the Pharaonic theme made it fun. The park looked well maintained and clean.
