Very small, though right on the main street, and lovely place to watch some of the wildlife gathered to fight over the scraps.
The sea lions especially, behaving like dogs and begging for some grace from the fishermen, funny!

Walked by here numerous times a day and there was always activity. Between the frigate birds, boobies, pelicans, iguanas, and sea lions it's all here. We could of sat for hours. If you want fresh fish this is your place. They slice the fresh fish right there. After being on the island 10 days it became the norm to see all the wildlife on the daily. Sad to leave.

We wandered past here twice and loved watching the sea lions, pelicans and iguanas hanging around for scraps from the fish market. So natural, such a treat to see people & wildlife together and comfortable.

Amazing to see all the fish landed by line in this sustainable paradise of Puerto Ayora. The local birds and sea lions know where to come for scraps too.

A local fish market with all fresh fishes from this area. The funny thing is that all different birds are visiting this place and waiting for their food.

The market where fishermen brings fresh seafood to restaurant owners and inhabitants. The main interest is watching sea lions and pelicans coming with hope to steal something

This is so far from a fish market. A few stacks of fish and workers using fly swatters to get the flies off the fish. Only one sea lion. Not worth it.

If you come here in the morning you can watch the fishermen bring in their catch, the vendors cutting fish to order for customers, and assorted wildlife bellied up to the bar for their share of the sushi. Adorable, entertaining, and fascinating.

It was enjoyable watching the mooching sea lion and the variety of birds all waiting for scraps and handouts. The one sea lion is either the laziest or smartest sea lion in the Galápagos. She reminded me of my dogs begging. Best time to go is in the morning around 8-9.
