This is a lovely beach with lizards and sea turtles and dunes where the turtles lay eggs...Not to mention the gorgeous sand and water! People can stay all day...

Fantastic beach if the weather was nicer. Wish the lagoon would have had flamingos, but hey you can't have everything. There is a camp sight here too, so if you are hiking the island this may be an ideal place to stop.

This restaurant offers a large selection of entrees, great customer service and wonderful presentation of food. Prices are very reasonable and we would highly recommend!

Good for a short walk. Kayaking was nice. One can enjoy the company of flamingos and iguanas. Lots of birds and you can ride a bicycle from your hotel.

This beach was really far off the beaten path from Puerto Ayora. However, it is worth the trek over here for the beautiful and relaxing beach. The taxi ride here is very very expensive, anywhere between $40-$50. Since the taxi ride is so expensive, there...More

One of the best places to eat in Puerto Ayora. A little pricy, but good. Favor seafood, but skip the parillada de mariscos. Not the best dish. Nice local beers sold.

This beach was very quiet. It is not close to Puerto Ayoro where we were staying. We took a taxi to this beach. Very beautiful.

Unlike other reviewers, I found Garrapatero to be just as stunning as Tortuga Beach. Actually, Garrapatero might be even better because you have a view of the gorgeous island of Santa Fe off in the distance and you will more than likely have this pristine...More

We took a taxi to the beach, the beach is very nice, however, there does not appear to be a lot of wild life there. A good way to spent the afternoon.

It's easy to book trips when in the Galapagos. Your risk is that tours are full but it gives you flexibility and also the chance of cheap deals. We spent a week there and before arriving we only booked a hotel for the first... More
