Just an easy 15-20 minute walk from San cristobol main area is the beach. Lots of sea lions and babies as well as great snorkeling!

I highly recommend going to the beach. Take a cab from town, about 3 dollars one way. Also take snorkel equipment and a camera!

Its about an hour walk from town. Nothing to see along the way so take a taxi for $3. This is the windward side of the island so expect some chop and waves along the coast.

This beach is charming because you can walk and sleep with the sea lions truly feel peace and tranquility only. You must be careful with rocky stones as you can be hurt when snorkeling, I think this place is ideal to relax and unwind.
