Played Ivory GC today for the first time. Staff are friendly and hospitable regardless not speaking French. Off the whites (tips) the course is a beast; heavy rough and narrow landing areas left the driver on ice for most of the round. Conditions were better than expected; greens although on the slow side were in good nick. Pricing little bit steeper than in the case of previous reviews...paid 40k for 18 which is still only $34, cheaper than 99% of the courses I've played.

I play there a few time now and it's relatively well maintained. Golf kart are not available so plan to bring water, a 6,000 for the cady and 2,000 for the bogey...
Lots of balls may be needed since there is a lot of water everywhere (also you can buy 20 used one for 10,000). And hit hard on the greens!!!

The course has 27 holes ! A 9 hole and an 18 hole course. I have played on the 18 hole course only and can tell you that it is amazing !! Of course you will have a caddie (super cheap .. 4000CFAs for 9 holes, 7000 CFAs for 18 -- that is less than $5 USD!)
The course itself is well designed .. there are traps that have Ivorian sand .. just like white fluffy sand, just a little gray, but plays like white fluffy sand .. they have a TON of beautiful trees.. palm trees, cocoa trees (bushes), coffee trees, really interesting other trees that you have to see to believe.
The greens (now) are not in great shape .. they are slow and quite bumpy, but you know, it is Africa !
I had a great time on the course, and afterwards they have a great watering hole (with wifi I might add!) with great service, a wide selection of drinks and an outdoor pizza oven that was fun and delicious. If you golf, this is a must if you find yourself in Abidjan. If you are stationed in Abidjan, you must get out and play this course .. it is an African gem !!

Good venue for business events however food could be better. Selection is not wide and only few options for vegetarians or gluten free.

This is a great location for a day at the pool. It can get quite crowded on the weekends so I suggest going early. They will still sell you a ticket to get in even if there is no place to sit. The pool is clean and the area of the pool itself is huge. Lots of places to go. The largest pool has a walk-in shallow end. There are also lanes for laps in the deep end. Golf itself is a different fee but the greens are well kept and the area is lovely. Food can be found at the restaurant and via waiters walking around the pool for poolside service.

We went one a Sunday afternoon to pass some time and relax. It was very crowded mostly with local Lebanese and expats. Difficult to find a free deck chair
The pools are big and well kept - good for families. The pizza was excellent
A bit out of the way, our taxi driver did not know the place?
