A 'Small' Aquarium

This is a small aquarium but does have a good selection of fish and sea life to see. The dolphin and seal lion shows are worth seeing and they seem well looked after. The big... read more

It was a long day but I enjoyed it very much. The fish are displayed in a different setting. I would do it again.

It was a cloudy day and we did not wanted to go to the beach so we went to the aquarium. The shows were ok and they have a good selection of sea life. Personally I prefer to snorkel to experience and see sea life first hand but I have to recognize that if you have an extra day, a... More

This is a small aquarium but does have a good selection of fish and sea life to see. The dolphin and seal lion shows are worth seeing and they seem well looked after. The big issue I had was the size of the place which could be a lot bigger, considering it is on the coast, with pens for the... More

Swam as a couple with 3 dolphins for 10 minutes for $60, just us and the 2 trainers, we had a deck hand take some epic Iphone photos, smiles for days. The trainers were very professional and the dolphins were not bothered at all by us in the water with them. Tipped the crew 50,000 which is $18 and they... More

The Aquarium was a guided visit with great explanations and features explain for kids and adults. The show was great. The weather was awesome for us. I love the little diverse aquariums with species.

The sea creatures looked well physically and the fresh sea water was good but that's the best I can say about this place. The enclosures were scarily small for such big fish and the sea turtles, whilst amazing, were in small spaces. They were showing repetitive, stress behaviours and we came away saddened by what we saw. Given the location... More

Take the boat from Cartagena and go there. Its not open every day (in low season) but if you can, go. Different for us. Also try the scuba diving with guides. :)

Took a boat to the beach and they drop me here for a hour on the way. It is a dolphin penitentiary and I hate supporting that. STAY AWAY unless looking at animals confined in cages is your thing.

I have to say that to see dolphins you can do it everywhere, i expected some sharks or some other sealife but nothing. The entrance is COP 22000, about $11.
