Really nothing to see at the moment (November 2017) because of renovations. Only reason to go here is for the amazing views in the cable car.

This is one of the many library parks in Medellin. I really wanted to visit this one, but it is currently being renovated. The library parks are one of the major innovations in this city; try to visit one of them.

The place is overrated. There is no question of its social impact, what is critical is the condition of the building. As a building is poor. The best library project is Parque Belen, but not possible to suggest.
