Nice place to visit with your friends or family. There is a wonderful view of the city near tower. You can misstep on steps in front of the tower so be careful. It was very crowdy due to moon festival, but anyway I spent good time there

Relaxing park to go visit. A few amusement rides for those wanting it, many trails and some interesting history to be learned.

There is not much to say about the pagoda, it is so small now if you compare it to all the skyscrapers around. But you have a very good view of the city, and the walk up to the pagoda via a park is pleasant.

Location almost centre of the Urumqi city. Nice views to allaround the city. Some kind of small temple area. Im not sure about the religion. 10 rmb for visit inside the temple. Best thing in this park was the ferrish wheel. From there you can see park and city around. 30 rmb for ferrish wheel. Sorry my bad english.

The hill and the tower are symbols of this old city. Even the city is becoming more and more modern, the history of the people here is still concentrated here.

The view of Urumqi is great from up here! I probably arrived 20 mins too late and missed the Golden Sun.... But should have stayed an extra 10 mins after sunset as I missed the pagoda all lit up. How do i know this? It was lit up when i hopped onto the bus at the bottom of the hill... More

The RED HILL Park is centrally located and easily reached by public transports. It is near the SOUTHERN AIRLINES PEARL HOTEL. Many shops and restaurants around the Park. It is a good and quite tiring climb to the top; whereby one gets a good view of the surround (on a good and clear day, as most of the time the... More

There's not really much to see in Urumqi and this is one of the few good spots. The park is very well-maintained and clean - there are artificial lakes, areas for the kids to play, pagodas, food vendors. It seems to be a very popular spot with the locals - we visited during the weekend and it was full of... More

The park is just a park, but it is well maintained, has nice temples and pagodas, and if you're willing to pay for the tickets, there are rides for kids. All in all my group really enjoyed it.
