It's really tiny, so walk around a few times, sit on a bench and enjoy the view. Not a must, but fun.

During the summer, you have to pay, but we went in the winter and it was free. It's a pretty nice view of the rest of Qingdao, and there's a couple cool things on the island, but not much.
You can get here from the 1st beach. Along the way there are a few good seafood and coffee shop. From here you can view the beach area of qingdao. There is a lighthouse on the island.
