I really love the Chinese style house part. It's really beautiful. However, the ticket is really worth for the money. Only 60 yuan, you can visit the former resident of Marshall and also the old bank, financial museum which is really enjoyable museum.

The father, Zhang Zuolin, was executed in 1928 by Japanese invaders. The residence complex of three prime buildings is located in Shenyang City. Originally...More

One of the best pieces of history on display in Shenyang, a visit here wouldn't be complete without a walk through Zhang Zuolin and Zhang Xueliang's residence.

I never heard of this family, but they were very important to Chinese history. The grounds are well maintained, and enough English translation to know whats going on, though there is plenty of untranslated text you will struggle with. Nice museum overall, and worth checking...More

The Zhang Marshall house was a highly recommend but the ticket price RMB 60. Would cost the same as the Gu Gong (imperial palace). The attraction does have some interesting chronological collection of the life and escape and talking about reunification. There a few additional...More

After the visit, now I know a little bit about this hero. The Residence is well-kept and a must-see destination for visitors to Shenyang. The visit provided me an insight into Mr Zhang's life and his bravery and fight for his people - in spite...More
