It's closed folks. Closed when I visited at 7pm on a Saturday evening. Both gates are locked and there are no lights except for the exterior lights at the top. It's nice to see the tower from the nearby lakes but one can't visit it...More
As at end of May 2016 it was closed and unlikely to open in the foreseeable future.
I'm told it didn't make any money. So, no one is interested in opening to the public.

THIS is one of the most memorable places in my life, growing up here and passing the TV tower early everyday in 1994 when going to Kindergarden, every time when I look, it reminds me of the wonderful times as a child.
