The historical site are all under renovation but you still can go in. There is a wall where you can go up walk round... More

This park has two big ponds that freeze over in the wintertime and are turned into skating rinks. One is used for hockey and for speed-skating, the other is used for learning to skate. It's a beautiful place for winter sports!

Situated in downtown Shenyang, Beiling park is a big park with gardens, a lake where you can do boating and it also has a mausoleum of Huang Taiji. The entrance fee is modest. Very beautiful in spring with all kinds of flowers. It is also a good place to do exercise. I was there in April, the air was fresh... More

Zhaolin Tomb has a large surrounding forests , bridges and lakes. The entire complex site was forbidden to commoners during the Manchu reigns . We were at the main marble gateway of Zhaolin Tomb in Beiling Park .There are stele Manchurian inscriptions,... More

Great local park, best in city. Has parades and cultural events on festivals and National Day. Bring food with you. Great place to walk around.

I am reviewing Beiling Park only - we also visited the north tomb but I have reviewed it separately under Shenyang Zhaoling Mausoleum. This park is huge, it costs 6 RMB per person to enter. When buying the tickets I also wanted to buy my ticket to the north tomb. I asked for those 2 tickets (would have cost 36... More

A nice place to find a relax place on the weekend from the hustle bustle of the work. Easy access from the city center by the underground

A nice ,huge, attractive and peace offering space which has a good combination of history as well as flora. The gardens inside are beautiful. For better experience ,choose a day in winter.
