This is one of the main roads that leads up from the beach to the mountains. You can expect to get there by vanpool, carpool, but no buses go there( There are trees all over, it's practically a forest.

Walking along Binhai Lu can be pleasurable. I've walked along it several times, but generally when there is too much traffic to take a car.

We visited Binhai Road in January 2017. Unfortunately the most northern section with the famous "twisted" or "mystery" slopes is closed during winter. D'oh and double d'oh. We were blessed with a fine day and 8 degrees Celsius and had employed a driver. He willingly stopped all along the way to let us admire the wonderful views from the cliffs... More

We had a wonderful walk when visiting Dalian with Family, it runs bedside the cost line, Good things is it is very quiet and surrounded by greens and tree. They have toilets in between to freshen up in between. Perfect for walkers and we also came across groups biking. I will definitely go back with my kids agian

Binhai Road runs from Xinghai Square right along the coast in an easterly direction (not sure how far). There is a well laid out wooden walkway as a pavement on the seaward side of the road and we saw a monument which it was claimed to be the longest boardwalk in the world? Views are spectualar, we walked as far... More

Go there and you have a mixture of the mountains and the sea. Great views and a nice place for picnic or just strolling around

Tips to add to other reviewers: I caught # 30 bus on Renmin St and it took about 25 minutes and cost 1 yuan. Get off as soon as you get to the theme park as the bus turned right and the next stop was a good ten minutes walk away. Easy to follow the route. Toilets along the way.... More
