Very important spot on the historical point of view, it was the starting point of the Russo-Japanese war in 1904.

Small, quaint town with a scenic view of the Harbour. A good place to go fishing if you like it. If you are in and around Dalian, this is a must visit place.

Good walk to reach the tower. Can also access the top area or go down to the bottom on chair lift. Have to be able to get off lift while it's still moving. Over 70 admitted free with passport showing birth date. Lots of history.
