The Tengwang Pavilion is astonishing. Although it has been burned down at least 8 times, it is some of the most amazing architecture. Please visit and appreciate the history - if you can visit with a local it is best as everything is in Mandarin.

It was a very quick visit (we have not time). Beatiful pavillion, but we really enjoy the superb 360 view from the top balcony.

Very very nice place to visit. Very hot in summer though. Went on a Saturday morning, you’d think they’d be more tourists but it was alright. Just the heat was unbearable but the view once you go up is breathtaking. Recommend to see

The preservation and restoration is brilliant - so much attention to detail. The only downside, although if did not affect us directly, was that the lifts to upper floors of the pavilion were out of order.
