Free fountain show that draws a big crowd most evenings. The music is mostly classical but the ending is funny to watch with a huge jet of water going up and invariably coming down like a monsoon.

worth doing if you are in Nanchang

This place is so cute. I went here with my boyfriend after dinner in Wanda Mall! The light show was really nice.. kind of romantic! We had a great time! Definitely would recommend! Oh! And it’s free!

It was a majestic display which I haven’t found many of such in china.

You can go there slightly earlier to eat some ‘taiwanese’ street food.

The fountain show is about half an hour and is followed by a light show involving all the buildings on the skyline. I've never seen anything like it elsewhere.

Rent a 4 person bike.

Take time to walk along the river!

This show is a must see for visitors in Nanchang. Every night there are two shows, at 20:00 and around 21:00, both last for about 30 minutes. First there is the show near the waterfront with lots of fountains, and afterwards the lightshow on all the buildings on the waterfront (and the other side) continues.

The best view in my opinion is from the side of the water. Then you can see the fountains and the buildings clearly. Also you can enter the 'beach' from which via a small dike you can access some of the islands. That gives a nice from from the water.

In the evening visitors can enjoy two different kinds of shows. There is a music fountain show, which is really nice. However the show that follows is even more entertaining. Actually I have never seen anything like that in all my life. There is a light show projected on all the skyscrapers and towers that are on both sides of the river. The lights follow the rhythm of the music. Words cannot really describe the beauty of the show. Both shows are for free and not to be missed out. It is easy to get there as there is a metro stop nearby. There are also many food stalls where visitors can buy any kind of Asian food.

This water fountain show combines music with a pretty good water fountain show. Pretty easy to get a good spot to watch since the show covers a long part of the river. I have been twice and it was a nice evening.

Not a bad choice after all. Full of people (local and tourist) on a weekend. There is a Food court near by themed after Taiwanese Night Bazaar. Musical Fountain is the main attraction. Plus the light show sharts at round 8.30pm. worth the walk after all under a cool night.
