The lingering garden is still lingering in my head and it's not in a good way. It's crowded and loud. Tour group is worst. At time, going thru the tour group can be a nightmare. There's pushing, shoving, and blocking passage way. Forget about personal...More

Interesting gardens but it would be better in Spring when the flowers are blooming. The Bonsai section was amazing and sprays of water come out from above on the pergolas to mist the plants and keep you cool. Good clean toilets nearby.

Usual trees and layout to give you a feeling of space. A lot of bonsai trees and bamboo. You should see one garden but once u have seen one you do not need to see another one.

Tucked in behind a plain, nondescript entrance way in Suzhou is an amazing jewel and World heritage Site, the Lingering Gardens. This was my favorite surprise during my entire China trip. I dubbed it the "Garden of Ten Thousand Photos," because you could literally point...More

We were impressed how many small details were created for years of patient work. Good place for walking, thinking or being mindful.

Beautiful place. Lots of trees to keep the place cool, pond with pretty koi's, and I like that it has designated locations for different seasons.
