呼和浩特市人民体育场的建筑面积大概有100000平方米，配套设施特别的齐全，里面有田径场，足球场，乒乓球中心等等，来这里锻炼身体真是一个特别好的地方。

经常来锻炼，开门时间早，晚上还有大灯，刚好喜欢跑步，位置紧挨着公园，交通便利，周边配套设施齐全。跑道上也有很多锻炼的人。
