Despite all of the construction work these 2000 year old ruins still exist and are worth checking out just to get a tiny insight into Chinese life. Children love playing here; couples meet in secret; locals have heated discussions and clearly BBQ plus snack food...More

What's left of the Shang-period walls surrounding the ancient city of Zhengzhou are interesting to walk along, primarily because you are walking on such old history. A section of the wall is fenced off so you can easily visualize what it might have looked like...More
