The park is close yo town and easily signposted. The pre-show documentaries show have subtitles and there is an English description before each of the 4 acts so you know the theme. Well choreographed, acted and costumed. Not a fan of the zoo part but otherwise a good day out.

One of the few tourist-tailored activities in Sanya that is well worth visiting. The show was truly amazing, excellent choreography and visuals! The rest of the Romance Park has a lot of activities for kids and food stands - even a KFC.

This show was divided in 4 parts, each one is connected to a historical place in china. Good acrobats, colorful and creative dressed dancers and nicely made show also with lights. I loved most the acrobatics. Many people as usual but worth to go and see it. Its easy to go there by taxi and get the entrance ticket for 300 there.

A good combination of technology (lasers, water, lights), acrobats, and bright colorful costumes. The show lasts 1 hour, it starts at 19:00. We arrived by 17:00 and i felt it was the right time - enough to play but not too boring.

Please keep your expectations realistic (its still China, not Disneyland or Universal studio)- the ticket price is 300 RMB by the door (42 USD approx) .

As for the China resort, it is a very good level show. There is a children's playground which is included into the ticket price. And hunted house (i didn't try it though)
You can buy tickets on the door.
You have to wear masks and have Sanya health QR code for every member (same as in airport and hotel). You can register code in advance in Alipay app.
And remember to use MOSKITO Spray ;))))

I have been to several Universal Studios, Disneylands and Cirque de Soleil shows so maybe my standards are high. Park is very average and show is way over hyped. Sanya is a nice place to visit though. Enjoyed it much more than Haikou which reminds me of typical large Chinese city.

The show was great, though the last 15 minutes of it could have been taken away. There were interesting places in the park, such as haunted house, but it was very difficult to find them because we can’t speak or read Chinese. There were no English information in the area maps. The park is quite small (the zoo area was under construction and we couldn’t go there). It’s full of shops and restaurants. Thus, the 300 Yuan per ticket is quite expensive. However, it was worth of it because of the great show.

I went here with a group of 12 tourism scholars after keynoting at a tourism conference. I expected a hokey stage show and was completely blown away by what was on offer here. The show was visually stunning and completely unexpected. It was not simply an ethnic heritage song and dance routine. Nor was it simply Chinese acrobats. I've been raving about it ever since returning home, even forcing my friends to watch clips of some of the more unexpected segments of the show! The little park around the performance space was also interesting, with unique items for sale (food and gifts) at what seemed to be reasonable prices (given where we were).

Booked this with concierge at hotel, 600 RMB for the two of us plus 100 RMB return taxi fair not a cheap night by Chinese standards.
After reading mixed reviews about park I was pleasantly surprised, yes it’s very commercialised but what parks aren’t, it is very tastefully done in my opinion and plenty of reasonable priced eating stalls there, even a KFC.
Show was very good, professionally done great stage set, cast and costumes, done on a grand scale, I am not a lover of shows but this was enjoyable, 60 minutes long which was long enough for me.
Park shuts at 21.30 so give yourself some time to look around and have some food before the show, we arrived at 18.30 and found this enough time I wouldn’t want to spend much longer than this.
Taxis after show are relatively easy to get as many Chinese visitors arrived by coach.

The theatre performance was great for all ages and nobody would think of going to sleep as the actors and the stage management is really exciting
